I am a leadership career mentor, certified coach Erickson College (member of ICF), personal advisor, trainer and facilitator (leadership and networking areas), certified Hogan assessor, experienced, long-term leader in human resources at the international level.
I have accumulated over 30 years of experience
in the area of talent leadership function. My experience comes from the professional services industry („Big Four”) in Central Europe, as well as from my work for customers from different industries as their personal talent leadership advisor. I have been acting as an executive search consultant, a human capital advisory teams’ leader, as well as a leader of dynamically growing talent functions in Poland and on an international level. I have also been acting as a leadership career mentor, coach, and facilitator of development programs in the areas of leadership and networking.
I have been building consciously and in a balanced way my career stages step by step in the area selected by me, and this is where I would like to offer my assistance also for you.
My main area of experience covers executive recruitment and career management of top leaders.
Starting from defining and implementing effective executive-level recruitment strategies through supporting effective onboarding and integration of new, newly recruited leaders within their new organization, up to planning their consecutive career steps, including their professional succession and off-boarding planning.
Alongside over three decades in business, I had the pleasure to identify, hire, and support careers of many talented professionals. I was proud to observe their careers growing while they were entering top leadership levels in diverse types of organisations.
My experience was built on many successful
and some less successful cases of leaders’ recruitment, onboarding, integration, and their leadership development. I have been acting as a mentor, supporting person, partner in difficult discussions that resulted with a reflection and sometimes substantial revision of their view on their own careers. Such moments have been shaping many people I was working with. Today, I can share my real-life experience and examples, suggest viable alternatives, formulate related guidance, and draw attention to aspects that are often being neglected when building leadership careers.
My area of extra-professional interest is international relations.
I am a former diplomat and a current professional translator of languages: English, French, and Russian. I also know Spanish and Czech. I will also try to use my diplomatic and linguistic skills to discuss with you, invite you to a reflection, and keep sharing with you information that will be important for you in the most appropriate and effective ways.
